Same as the Rest of NZ
No tipping expected for adventure guides, restaurant staff, ski instructors, taxi drivers, or hotel staff. New Zealand pays a living wage. The card machine may prompt for a tip at some restaurants but selecting "no tip" is normal and expected. Your adventure guide will give you an amazing experience regardless of whether you tip.

ANZ
BNZ

ANZ, BNZ, and Westpac ATMs are on Shotover Street in the town centre. Most NZ bank ATMs do not charge operator fees. But since Queenstown is entirely cashless-friendly, you are unlikely to need an ATM at all. Your no-FX-fee card covers everything.
